Darren Burch founded BIG after a career as a Marine Corps officer and 23 years as a retail executive. The firm is set up to place commercial coverage and then stay on the file: certificates, claims questions, and midterm changes.
The work includes auto dealerships, association properties, commercial buildings, construction accounts, professional liability, and commercial trucking. Burch Insurance Group is a commercial insurance brokerage based in Edina, Minnesota, licensed in 15 states, with the ability to arrange coverage in others for qualifying accounts.

Service first, then the market search
We collect the facts of the operation, look at more than one commercial market when the risk allows it, and keep a named person on the account after the policy is bound.
The standard is direct communication. If a certificate can go out the same day, it does. If an endorsement needs carrier approval, we say that before promising a timeline.
